does face mist(water-based) even touch/penetrate skin coated with sunscreen etc?
shouldn’t face mist that is supposed to hydrate skin, at that very least touch skin? Then how are the big brands claiming for it do so over all the oil-based lotions, sunscreen, makeup, accumulated dirt and pollutants (written on the bottle label to spray every 2-3 hours to keep skin hydrated, hence pollutants are also added to the mix)?
