  Dihydroxyacetone how to test

  I hope someone could help with this one… my friend google could not
  I’ve ordered some dihydroxiacetone. And made a lotion base In which I used  12% dihydroxiacetone and 6% erythrulose. Problem after 3 hours i have 0 change in skin tone. 
  The dihydroxyacetone and erythrulose were shipped in a hot ups truck. And I think it could be no good. Due to how hot the packages were upon delivery?

  Sorry. I forgot to ask. Is there away to test the hidroxyacetone to see if it’s still good?
