    cmc .03%

    speckles .55%

    scent .90%

    zeolite .17%

    sod metasilicate .04%

    sls 10.5%

What is the other ~80% of the formula?

You could try changing LABSA to the sodium salt (Sodium docdecylbenzene sulfonate powder).

It appears that you intend to make dry mix detergent powder? if that is the case then you should have more solids then liquid in the formulation. Please let me know what’s the process you intend to make and equipment where the powder is to be made. I will then let you know how to make the dry mix detergent powder without stickiness.

      I’m only using ribbon mixer

if little moist, it will definately sticky onto the ribbons, maybe a double cone blender with jacket for drying will be helpful.
