Dark water soluble natural ingredients?
Would anyone have a suggestion on a dark colored (brown or deep dark green or blue even) natural ingredient or extract? It needs to be fully water soluble and not have a strong odor. Having benefits such as polyphenols or anti-oxidants would be a plus.

You can consider organic Green Tea extracts that are minimally-filtered that have a dark brown or green color and would provide the antioxidant benefit you are looking for. -
Green Coffee Berry Extract fits the bill perfectly.

You could use grape polyphenols as well. Or you can check Naturex.com to find natural colorants like carotene etc.
