Dark water soluble natural ingredients?

Would anyone have a suggestion on a dark colored (brown or deep dark green or blue even) natural ingredient or extract? It needs to be fully water soluble and not have a strong odor. Having benefits such as polyphenols or anti-oxidants would be a plus.

You can consider organic Green Tea extracts that are minimally-filtered that have a dark brown or green color and would provide the antioxidant benefit you are looking for.

Green Coffee Berry Extract fits the bill perfectly.

You could use grape polyphenols as well. Or you can check Naturex.com to find natural colorants like carotene etc.
