  Can we use Sodium cocoyl Isethionate and Sodium Lauroyl Methyl Isethionate in cold process Shampoo?

  Are they liquids?  Then yes.  
  Are they solids?  Then no.
  The ingredients are supplied in different forms, so it depends.
