  • CPSR: What is COA and Allergens Declaration

    Hi there,

Getting ready to send a product to CPSR testing. But what is COA and Allergens Declaration really? I can’t find anything online on it. I know that COA is described as the following “FOR
    COLOURINGS, ESSENTIAL
    OILS AND FRAGRANCE WE
WILL ALSO NEED A COA”. What if I don’t use essential oils, fragrance or colourings? Do I need any statement about this?

The CoA is the cerficate of analysis (quality control report) which should be accompanied with every raw material
The allergens declaration is the quantitative analyses of the 26 regulated allergens where it is applicable.
ask your raw material supplier for these documents
If you pay a qualified safety assessor for compiling your CPSR he should be able to answer the other questions for you.
