Considering making a callous softener cream with say 40% urea. I see Makingcosmetics sell cosmetic grade for $30/500gram, otherwise you can get 99.0% for less than a third of that. Does it matter for topical cosmetic applications?

Nope.  Buy and use the 99% and save money.

Thanks! Got any preferred suppliers of 99% grade?
