    That’s an interesting concept. Any particular area you’re looking at?

    Thanks BobZ!  No particular location prefernce, exception being a preference for southern US (anywhere from Florida to California) … Lived in Chicago for too many years, so anywhere that it snows is out of the question! I’m currently in Houston, Texas but very mobile.

    I found some interesting opportunities when doing a quick Google search - I think my favorite is the beer shampoo company. I wish I had the courage to try and make one of them successful - the prospect of a business that employs other people succeeding or failing based on my efforts alone scares me.

    LOL!  Well, that’s a bit less of a marketing challenge than the guy who posted on here about using Camel Urine in shampoo!

    Which got me thinking … I am now launching a new natural ingredient … Marpissic Acid and Sodium Marpissate.

    That’s really interesting.  I never thought of buying an established beauty product brand.  I wonder why they are selling.

    It looks like they want to do something else, and reading between the lines, may not have the money to expand.

    If I had a spare $50k, I would consider this quite seriously. Of course, I don’t have $50k, let alone a “spare” $50k, so…

    Have you checked their shampoo ingredients? How can a shampoo work with no surfactants?

    Darn good question @Belassi. Looks like it could be a solid conditioner with all those cationics and silicones.

    @MarkBroussard

    On that Camel Urine thread: I stopped laughing about the following or second day when I read on the Dailymail website of people now going crazy with using their urine to wash the faces, and even maddona saying she does on a TV interview. What’s the world turning into?! Is urine not the excretion of toxic substances the body wants to get rid of? But these people are swearing by it, claiming it contains some enzymes. The urine thing is probably about urea, but I think I’d rather get mine from purer sources …

    @braveheart:

    Keep laughing!  This is nothing more than a kook trend and it will blow over as fast as it blew in.  Really, how many people do you think actually piss in their cosmetics?
    Madonna … Madonna … have you seen her face?  She needs better piss!  Next thing you know she be rubbing shit on face.
    I only eat raw and organic, so my Marpissic Acid is as pure as you can get.

    @Belassi:

    Yep … the main constituents in urine are urea, creatinine and ions.

    Hi Mark, that’s an interesting concept. Buying a beauty brand and revamping its existence requires an expert touch. Since you are looking for a particular business, why not list it with companies online? Still unsure? Read this interesting piece to know what I mean
