Consultant needed on a project

I am looking for someone to consult on a project.  We are developing a
temporary instant wrinkle remover based on Sodium silicate.  Our issues
are:  
Making the tightening effect last longer
Prevent the product from becoming too white on the skin.
Thickening up the end product a little without it being gummy.
