  Comparison of two waters for use in Shampoo

  I have two water options to use in my Shampoo and other personal cleaning products. Both are filtered. The difference is in water hardness.

  Which option would you suggest

  Option A: water with TDS 700 with 0.2% added Tetrasodium EDTA

  Option B: water with TDS 300 with 0.1% added Tetrasodium EDTA

  pH is 5-5.5

  Preserve is 3ppm CMI MI+ 74ppm formaldehyde as formalin
