    Hi,
Firstly, I’m NOT gonna use CaCl2 in cosmetics:) I’m just want to know some mechanisms.
The question is - How CaCl2 in water solution can affect the skin, because as I know:
-Calcium Chloride can be the reason of chemical burn
-It irritates skin and makes it feel hot.
Are there some interactions between chlorine and skin structures? What are they? And how do the become the reason of the effects mentioned above?
Is it the same mechanism which sometimes causes after swimming pool irritation  OR for example irritation of skin during exercise and sweating ( excretion of salt NaCl?)
I’ll appreciate if you help me to understand it. Thank you.
