Challenges in Production Consistency
Does anyone here make batches of the same products regularly? Be it clay cleanser, clay mask, clay scrub, or any body care products?
I’ve been making same batches of identical formula using the same process but somehow each time, I think the product behaves differently and I have to make tiny tweaks in ratio of ingredients. For instance your ratio of clay to cleanser might change from batch to batch to achieve the same texture and consistency.
Does anyone have experienced similar challenges and how do you overcome such inconsistency? I believe those working with color cosmetics will have tons of such inconsistencies to tweak each time.
