  Hello,
  Quick question for those who use centrifuge units to test the stability of their emulsions. Would 7000RPM for 15 mins be an appropriate protocol for W/O and O/W emulsions or would it be too fast?

  My 4000 RMP unit broke and I can get a good deal on one that can only do fixed 7000 RPMs.

  I’d appreciate your thoughts.
