  Cationic emulsions and polymeric emulsifiers.

  I have a hand cream that I am wanting to include Varisoft EQ 65, and hopefully a polymeric emulsifier (still anchored by 165).  

  I had wanted to use Sepigel 305 with the Varisoft EQ 65, but after a creating a product that would not thicken properly last night….am wondering if the compatibility issue lies with those two ingredients.

  What are some of the common polymerics that might work in a cationic environment?
