No it’s not. Just for starters, palm oil has lots of stearic acid.

caprylic/capric triglyceride is a (semi)synthetic emollient consisten only of capric acid and caprylic acid esterified onto glycerol (glycerin).fractionated coconut oil is literally that, an isolated low-meltingpoint oil fraction isolated from coconut oil. Unlike thecaprylic/capric triglyceride there are other fatty acids in the fractionated coconut oil.
I am unsure of how you got palm oil inti the question.

Both coconut and palm oils have C8–C10 (caprylic and capric triglicerides).Often called the lights they are vacuum steam distilled or fractioned from the former.Stripped coco has alkyl chain lengths of C12 to C18 with C12 to C14 being predominant:palm oil has alkyl chains of C16 to C18.
