  CAPB quality

  Hi, 
  I came across 2 suppliers with a very different pricing for CAPB 30%.

  I notice that in their CoA, 1 supplier includes preservatives in their CAPB 30% and the other doesnt include any preservatives in the CAPB 30%. 

  Is it safe to purchase the one without preservatives ?
  What is the preservatives function in CAPB 30% if it is said surfactant breakdowns protein of bacteria.

  What is the preservative?

   what is the pH of the one without preservative? 

  If the pH is below 10 it means they have preservative but they are hiding it so the one one with preservative may have better quality. 

  If it has high pH then they are both good so purchase the less expensive one

  They use sodium benzoat 

  The one which didnt include preservatives has pH of 4.5-5.5 

  If this is the case which would be better ? The one who states sodium benzoat ?

  The one with benzoate is better. 
  The other one also has preservative but they don’t want you to tell you what it is. Maybe because they think you would not like it.
