That would depend on the intended pH of the formula. If you are using lactic acid only as a pH buffer, that would be possible. If you are making an AHA serum with lactic acid as the main active, it won’t go with at least the Niacianmide, not sure about the other two.

i’ll try to make Niacinamide 10%, Lactic acid 5%, ZInc PCA 1% and Hydrolyzed Collagen 2%….is this possible? the pH is about 4,5 - 5,5.
Yeah, I would see the main problem would be the pH. As Lactic Acid would require quite low pH to be bio-available, it can negatively effect the other ingredients. You would need to check required pH for the rest of the ingredients and then share the whole formula.
