  Can i use CMI MI & formalin in this?

  Can i use 0.03% CMI MI & 0.03% formalin in a lotion that should be applied to face and then cleaned with a soft tissue after 30 seconds?

  CMI/MI products need to be rinsed off.

  Agreed. I wouldn’t use CMI or MI for leave-on products. Even ones that would be wiped off.
