My plan was to use a giant high powered overhead mixer which would cause foam, and then get it out using a big vacuum chamber. I was going to apply a super fine filter and try to force the air out that way but my small scale experiments with that were also unsuccessful because it just seeped through it anyways. I’m thinking of just giving up on my vacuum chamber idea and trying something else, but considering the volume I’d need to be making of this stuff, I need an efficient manufacturing process to avoid the froth.

My friend told me an ultrasonic bath might work, but when I tried that it did nothing. I’m curious if there’s a different machine I should be looking for in order to do a high scale bubble extraction post-mix.

If I’m forced to just let it sit, should I be applying heat or exposing it to some gas that would help speed up the process?

    Any advice welcome.
