Hello, I have made a conditioner with different forms of BTMS, like behenrimonium methosulfate and behenrimonium chloride.
For some reason the methosulfate version is more conditioning than the chloride. I’ve found this btms version and thinking to try it: Combound 6405 (Cetearyl alcohol, Dipalmitoyletyl Hydroxyethylmonium, Methosulphate, Ceteareth - 20) and it is advised to be used 3-8%.
I found this ingredient in some conditioners but not sure if it’s worth to try or not. The reason I was thinking to try it is because I cannot find methosulfate in my country anymore, only chloride which I do not find it as good.
    Thank you !
