  Body Cream Filling

  Hi, I am currently filling body cream into 250ml by hand.

  Its is a warm fill.

  After 30minutes, the cream has a matt top layer and shine is gone.

  First time I’m experiencing this.

  What could be the cause?

  If you remove that top layer, you’ll see that your product is still shiny. What happened is that the top part lost water. At what temperature are you filling your bottles?

    Yeah, evaporation happened!

  Thanks, its around 40 degrees cel.
