  U can use Lexgard GMCY or Dermosoft GMCY. Beside the function as skin conditioning it’s also have function as anti microbial.

  I dont think it’s a mold probem.If it is mold, it can be solved with a good preservative like methyl paraben(oil soluble)
  I think that it has to do with the structure oi the lipstick, and the mixture of ingredients. a chemical phenomenon called syneresis.see link above I hope it will help

  The blooming is due to those natural ingredients which are rich in the fatty acid. The white fuzz is fatty acid as well, you have to choose the wax and oil can control the fatty acid…
