Hello all, I want to ask about the best gelling agent for foaming gel cleanser filled in brush foam bottle pressure.

Note : My challenge is to make product easy to pump from brush foam bottle pressure any one faced this challenge and reach convinced results?

    Base Formulation :

    Water qsp

    Monopropylene glycol 1%

Cocoamidopropylbetaine and alpha olefin sulfonate (40%) : 10-15%

    Gelling agent : as needed

Citric acid : to reach adequat ph

    PARFUM : 0.5%

    Sensicare c1090: 1%

For gelling agents ( I tried a lot) I worked in general from 1% decreasing it to 0.5% to make pumping more easy and still looking for better result (easier pumping)

Just to know and share it depends a lot on the type of gelling agent so not a rule the thicker gel the harder pumping and this phenomenon seems litel bit strange why some thicker foaming gel are easier to pump then other thinner?
