ULprospecter will only let you register when you work at a company related to the products and services in their database - are you currently employed within the personal care industry?

I need to add that even presence of a website and business email is not sufficient to get access to ULprospector.

You can however get access to most of the suppliers if you have business email.

No, ULProspector is restricted to professionals in the personal care industry who are either development chemists, contract manufacturers or personal care products companies.  You must have credentials, website, business e-mail and/or membership in Society of Cosmetic Chemists, for instance.  They do check all of the above before approving your application.

ULProspector has tightened up its credentialing significantly. I will occasionally get calls from them asking me if I know of such and such company in my region. They had issues about 24-36 months ago where some uncredentialed accounts were added and they abused the sampling process.
Even with a ULProspector account, certain companies will require you to request access to their files as a separate process. Inolex comes to mind as one such example.

Hey @UsmanAli, you still can use Ulprospector’s search function. Search INCI and it will tell you the trade name.

If you are looking for formulas of datasheets, I am registered at Croda and Seppic. Ping me and I will download it.

Regarding materials, you can find almost everything at the DIY market if you know where to look. You don’t need to be registered at Ulprospector is you are resourceful enough.

I was given access to ULprospector. I’ve told them that we don’t have a business email but I’ve send a sales invoice with complete details of your company and company address which can be a proof that you are on the personal care industry.
