If I add above ingredients together then will the oil mix be homogenous and stable throughout the shelf life or will I need something extra?

Depending on what is meant by “plant oils”, you should be OK. Go heavy on the C12-15 alkyl benzoate if using a high level of essential oils.

10% - (argan oil, jojoba liquid wax ester, red raspberry oil, mango seed oil, squalene)

3% - lemongrass essential oil, bergamot essential oil, mixed tocopherol

20% - oil soluble sunscreen pre made base

      27% - capric/ caprylic triglyceride

      60% done

can you please recommend how to go about the remaining 40% with any 1 or 2 or all of these following ingredients to make the system homogeneous?

      C12-15 alkyl benzoate

      isopropyl mystirate

      coco caprylate
