  • Anyone using Evonik’s Zeodent hydrated silica in toothpaste?

I’m in the middle of scale up trials for toothgel using Evonik’s zeodent 165 and 115 grades of silicon dioxide out of China.
The bags are identical aside from the numbers 165 or 115 ink-jet printed along with the batch/expiry information on the side of the bags.

Is this approach usual for Evonik in general? It may just be Evonik China that uses this method.

Just concerned about production and warehouse staff mixing up product on pallets or pricking the raw materials and making assumptions because the packs look the same?

Any thoughts, comments, observations greatly appreciated
