  Anjinomoto Gelling Agents: EB-21 vs GP-1?

  Hello there,

  I was wondering if anyone could offer any insight into the comparative pros and cons of these 2 Gelling agents?

  I am interested in creating soft oil gels from natural oils and esters (not silicones)….would I be right in thinking that GP-1 would be the better choice for this?

  I am only dealing in small quantities so I would rather go for one or the other rather than combine the two - unless there is huge advantage in using both together.
