    I am excited to announce that I am an Advisory Board Member of the American Cosmetic Association.

    ACA is a multi-disciplinary volunteer effort by physicians, surgeons, dentists, scientists and beauty, cosmetic & aesthetic industry professionals with the goal of providing the most comprehensive and reliable source of information, services and products relating to plastic & cosmetic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, cosmetic dermatology and cosmetic beauty products.

    The mission of American Cosmetic Association ™ (ACA) is to improve beauty, aesthetics, wellness and confidence by increasing awareness and access to services, products and information.

    American Cosmetic Association will be offering Certification of Cosmetic Products in the following categories: Organic/Natural, Green, Clean, Cruelty Free, Vegan and a Gold Standard Certification that comprises all of the individual certifications and also encompases standards for Eco Environment Sustainability, Biodiversity, Sustainable Farming and Ethical Trade considerations.

    Does ACA charge for certification?

    Still working on the Certification, but yes there will likely be a fee

      Sure hope you guys make it fee for necessary services rather than the predatory piece of the action - ala a bunch we all know too well.

    Yes, I don’t think the % of revenues model is working for anyone. Not sure if EWG is still pursuing that as a model any longer.
