I tried 5% aluminum chloride gel with carbomer 940-1.3%.
But Gel was not formed (bacause nutrlise carbomer can destroy efficacy of Alcl3).
As aluminum chloride is acidic what should i try to thicken?
Xantham Gum or HPMC can help?
    The formulation has pH 5.
     It’s a dental product.
Other ingredients: clove oil .2%, 1% frangrace & blue color.
    Thanks in advance.

Hec is a good start, the percentage depends on the type of hec. For higher cellulose mass you will need a lower percentage.
