  • Air Gap Issue in Liquid Lipstick

    Dear all, 

    Regarding to the title above, I’m facing an air gap issue in liquid lipstick as shown below. 

    It happens only after 3 months. 
    The viscosity for the formulation is around 190 000 to  220 000cps @ 25C.
    (I wonder if it is due to the viscosity too high)

    Any idea how can this happen and how I can tackle this issue?

    3 months room temperature? lower viscosity might help, there might also be  filling techniques you could use to minimize the amount of air entrapped in the first place. How do you fill currently?

    @EVchem normal machine filling. Should be fine right?
