Hello, I’m trying to make a aha peel with Hyaluronic acid.  I have 70% lactic acid and 99% glycolic acid powder. My question is do I have to dilute the acids first or can I add them as is. I want 10% lactic acid and 4% glycolic acid?

You dilute them by adding them into the water.
So you are going to use 14.3% of lactic acid to get 10% solution and 4.05% Glycolic acid to get 4% solution.

    10/0.7=14.3
    4/0.99=4.05
Been a while since school, eh?
