added salt in to hair shampoo formulation
I develop a shampoo formulation. Known as the salt add shampoo formulation at the last for aligning the viscosity. But I wonder if we can add salt with water firstly in beginning into the formulation or not.

You could, but it will make your product thick too soon, so that it’ll be harder to mix some ingredients that would require higher mixing and would aereate your product more than usual.

It’s not usually done mostly because it leads to air getting trapped & it makes it harder to mix.
