  acacia seyal vs acacia senegal gum

  Can we use acacia seyal gum instead of acacia senegal gum in emulsions? 

  Are they the same or different?

  Sound like a topic for @Pharma , as he loves the latter gum.

  A supplier is offering acacia seyal at very good price but i dont know how it will compare to acacia senegal
