  Anyone know about how much PA (Protection Grade of UVA) 3% Oxybenzone can contribute in a sunscreen?

  With all due respect,It is not possible to provide a scientifically based empirical answer to the question as proposed.I would re-visit your thinking and post a new query based on what you want to achieve as you are putting the horse before the cart.
