Dear all, I am currently using Mecellose FMC8821 powder (manufacturer: Samsung) at a dosage of 0.5% of the total product weight in our detergent formula “soap paste laundry.”
At this concentration, we have observed that the product becomes non-homogeneous after a few days, both at 45 °C and at room temperature.
The internal product specifications are as follows:

-
Minimum viscosity: 2,500 cP
-
pH range: 7–8
-
Aqua: q.s. to 100%
-
Soap 100% HO: 5%
-
LABSA: 6%
-
Preservative: 0.1%
-
EDTA 4Na: 0.06%
-
Fragrance: 0.75%
-
Opacifier: 0.3%
-
Salt: max. 1.5%
-
Mecellose powder: 0.5%
Is there anyone in this forum familiar with this material who could guide me on how to resolve this issue?
The formula composition is as follows:

I look forward to your feedback and thank you in advance for your assistance.
