  Preparing a buffering developer

  Hi,

  I am formulating a hair oxidant 6℅ (hair developer cream), inorder to stabilize H2O2 I want to fix the pH betwean 2-3. Coyld you plz tell mw how to make a buffering cream with H3PO4?

  The priblem is I don’t know about the pKa of the cream to fix the pH

  Totolly, would you advise me how a buffer system be made in a cream or… Especially by a trivalent acid?
