  Hair softening ingredients in shampoo to use along with a nonionic surfactant.

  Are there some potential ingredients to include in a shampoo to give hair soft feeling even after the hair is shampooed and dried?

  Surfactant I’m using is nonionic.

  You could try Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Quaternium-80, or Polyquaternium-10.
