    Hello everyone,

I am new to this platform and to the world of formulation of cosmetic products. I want to formulate a simple make up remover with as low number of ingredients as possible. The reason being I want to make the formulation sustainable and this is why I dont want to use any hard-core fossil or petroleum-derived ingredients like PEG, polysorbates etc. I have 2 questions in this regards and I would really appreciate your help.

    1. What are the ingredient options I have considering my philosophy above for the make up remover?

    2. As a beginner, how would I choose the surfactant types for this formulation?

Also, Surfactants that I plan to use are either APGs or biosurfactants. If someone has any experience in formulating with such material please let me know your experience.

    Many thanks in advance.

    I welcome all suggestions/ideas/ comments.
