  Hello,I would like to recreate a body lotion can you help me with the percentage here are the ingredients

  Water;, Petrolatum, Stearic Acid, Paraffinum Liquidum, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate, Triticum Vulgare (Wheat) Germ Oil, Urea, Tocopheryl Acetate, Panthenol, Retinyl Palmitate, Fragrance, Sodium Hydroxide, Xanthan Gum, Disodium EDTA, Propylparaben, Methylparaben, DMDM Hydantoin, Citronellol, Geraniol, …

  And this is what I have in mind

  Water: 66%

  Vegetable glycerine: 5%

  Oil phase

  Light mineral oil 12%

  Petroleum 5%

  Wheat germ oil 3%

  Emulsifying wax NF 3%

  Cetyl alcohol 3%

  Cool down

  O.5 retinyl palmitate

  0.5 vit e

  1%presevative

  1%fragrance

  Will this work to moisturise skin
