  Stability of mixing 2 solutions

  I want to mix a topical scalp product containing:

  Minoxidil, Finasteride, Tretinoin, Glycerol, Sulphuric Acid, Ethanol, Purified Water

  With another topical scalp product containing:

  Minoxidil, Ethanol, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water

  To dilute the concentration of Finasteride whilst maintaining the concentration of Minoxidil which is 5% in both solutions.

  Should this create stable product that is good to use?
