Misceo or Caframo?
Posted by Hend on December 3, 2024 at 6:55 pmHello everyone,
I would need your advice of which would be more powerful in stirring and mixing emulation s and gells: the misceo 300P/F homogenizer or Caframo 3030 or 1850 stirrer?
Thank you

These two things are not in the same category. It is like asking should I buy a pick-up truck or a motorcycle. If you want to help friends move, buy the truck. If you want to go fast, buy the motorcycle.
1) You need something that provides shear (if making traditional emulsions).
2) You need something to stir the soup from emulsification to cool down.
Did I miss something? You need to buy…..one of each.

Thank you for your reply. So which one you think would be ideal for creating shear? Is it Caframo? And for stirring in cool down phase? Is it misceo?
But, misceo can work as homogenizer and stirrer with different replacement tools.
I just wanted to know in terms of a company reply and how much is machine’s motor is more powerful.

I first thought that I would go with silverson instead, but aside from it is expensive, I was told that is it used mainly for dispersion.

Mainly serum, emulsion and cream for anti-aging skin care but will also formulate other traditional cosmetic care products like shampoos, conditioners, body butter cream and waxes.
