Why does i getting foaming texture in my chemical sunscreen formulation.
Hi Everyone, I’m formulating a sunscreen spray. I’m getting a foaming effect after 24hrs in the formulation.
Here is the formulation for reference please suggest me any information .

The foaming texture in your chemical sunscreen could be due to ingredients like emulsifiers or silicones that trap air when mixed. To reduce this, mix the formula more slowly to prevent air bubbles. Also, make sure you’re not using too much product or water in your formulation.

You’ve confused phenylethyl alcohol with phenoxyethyl alcohol. - which are you using? Neither is sufficient and the former is not a good idea in any case
