Cream stability then ceteareth and steareth effect on hair wax
I want to know if I have just 5% liquid vegetable oil in cream can I add it without heating knowing that emulsion is made at 75 c degree?
About hair wax I worked with ceteareth 20 and Ceteareth 25 I find some interesting differences and I saw that it can be made by ceteareth 30, steareth 20 so any one try them tell me wich is the plus of each one?

It depends. If nothing in your formula needs heat them it will be ok.

Actually it is cream wax then it needs heat.

If your emulsifiers need heat then you should heat the oil phase too.
It is only 5%. What is the benefit of not heating it?

Because all other ingredients are water phase just I have 5% liquid vegetable oil and because it is liquid there is no need to heat only if it is stability’s need.

Not the same case, but some emulsions that use both a more oil soluble and water soluble emulsifiers, have them molten in their own phase, to get a more stable emulsion. On that, if you have some fatty ingredients that you need to heat, I’d just add there your vegetable oil, especially if your mixer doesn’t provide enough shear.
