I made a solution(250 cc) with the sequence as bellow:

1- Sodium polyoxo ethylen ether solfate : 15g

    2- sodium citrate: 10 g

    3- H-95: 2.5 g

    4-Tris: 1g

    5-Citric acid: 10 g

    6-Potassium hydroxide: 14.5 g

First I dissolve Sodium polyoxo ethylen ether solfate in water and after that I add sodium citrate. Then I add H-95 and after that Tris is added to solution. Citric acid is dissolved in 50 cc water and added to solution slowly. at the end I dissolve add potassium hydroxide in 100 cc water and then is added dropwise (80 cc of the solution is used) and at the end the solution becomes viscous.

But now when I add potassium hydroxide to the solution not only the solution does not become viscous but also, it precipitates and the color of the solution becomes white, and finally the substance settles. I do not know where is my mistake? I check the whole parameter but I did not find a bug?
