Shampoo separation problem
Hi everyone, Please take a look at the image and the following formulation and give your expert opinion on why this separation happened. I made and used 3 100g samples and this never happened to them or maybe I used them before separation happened. I made this 500g batch and put it in two bottles. One is almost finished but the second one is separated in 20 days.

1.00% Keradyn HH - Bis-Ethyl (isostearylimidazoline) Isostearamide
2.50% CRODAZOSOFT SCQ (Quaternium-91(and) PPG-3 Benzyl Ether Myristate)
1.00% EGDS Glycol Disterate
1.50 PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate
0.65 Parfum
1.00% Rosemary extract 70% Glycerine
1.00% Green Tea extract 75% Glycerine
1.00% Barhami/Centella Asiatica 80% Glycerine
1.00% Keravis (Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein PG-Propyl Silanetriol)
1.00% Aquaderm SP (Sodium PCA (and) Sodium Lactate (and) Fructose (and) Glycine (and) Niacinamide (and) Urea (and) Inositol)
2.75% Glycerine
0.50% Guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride
1.00% Euxyl PE9010
The final PH was 6.
