  Ceteareth 25 vs Hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC) for Gel

  I’d like to give Ceteareth 25 a try, to give the lotion a gel-like feeling. Would there be a noticable difference if I add Hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC), or should I not worry about ordering HEC with the Ceteareth 25?

  To me gel-like feeling give polymers, like Lecigel, Sepimax Zen, Aristoflex AVC etc.
