Process is:
1. Pre-heat water.
2. Melting Cetyl Alcohol in Mineral Spirits + Siloxane in a hotplate until it is fully dissolved.
3. Add Palm Wax.
4. Then add the solution from Steps 2-3 to the pre-heated water.
5. Add Cetri. Chlr.

Upon standing for a few days, I identified that Siloxane separates from the solution and the solution agglomerates. After standing it in a stability chamber at 40C/60% RH then cooling it down, after a day, it separated?
I’m trying to adjust the emulsifier: Cetyl and Cetrimonium chloride? What could you guys guide me to prevent the phase sep.?
