  Pentaerythrityl Distearate…. has anyone noticed any value beyond structuring and haptics?

  As I have been asking around about this ingredient… I had one brilliant mind note that this had a similar structure to pseudo ceramides… and was wondering if anyone thought that adding this to a formula gave them anything more than structuring and haptics?  (Like a skin benefit.)

  Love to hear ANY input you might have on this ingredient, pro’s / con’s, haptics possible benefits, etc.
