  What is more likely to be drying, HP starch or Glyceryl Stearate SE?

  I have a cleanser formula that I like but it is slightly too drying. My two main culprits are either the Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate or Glyceryl Stearate SE. i have some wiggle room with the formula to where I could lower either of these, but to save myself unnecessary test batches I am hoping someone here has a guess as to which is the likely culprit?
