  What emulsifier to bind water to oil and get oil end result

  Hello house, please what type of emulsifier will I use to add a little water based phase to oil phase and have an end result that is oil based. 

  Just the way there’s solubilizer to add oil to water phase and get water end result, wwhich one is for oil
